I’m Kate Astor, real estate agent and investor.

For over 10 years I have bought, sold, and rented properties for personal and business use. Acquiring my real estate license has been key to my continued success in real estate and I very much look forward to helping you in your unique real estate journey.

In addition to real estate license, I have a degree in Computer Science, a Project Management Professional certification, and Customer Experience certificate. My background is in hi-tech where I’ve worked at different companies and with various technologies, most recently helping with budget and running a top data program for a Fortune 5. I have extensive experience with negotiations, high attention to detail, and data driven decisions.

San Diego is known around the world for its beauty and weather.

In my free time I love meeting new people and exploring different areas and microclimates that San Diego has to offer.
